Making A Purchase
Making an order could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Laser. We do not charge for any item until we confirm that they are available.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that your catering order has been confirmed. When we have confirmed availability for your order and have processed your payment, we will send you a second email.
In the case of a change of product, date, time or prices, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
All our Meats & Salads are supplied in disposable trays or bowls. They do not need to be returned unless otherwise aggreed.
We wish to inform our customers that a minimum of 5 working days notice is to be given with all catering and cake orders.
No refund without receipt.
Minimum deposit of €65 on all trays and bowls refundable upon their return.
Re-collection at additional charge.
Any loss or damage will incur a charge.
All ware must be returned to the store clean.
Early Booking Is Advisable.
Collection/Delivery Details
Limited deliveries are made within the local area of the shop (Cork City/Douglas/Ballinlough) whenever possible. These deliveries must be agreed with J.J. O'Driscolls at the time of order, and are only made at the following times:
Weekdays 9am - 6pm & Saturday 9am - 3pm (Bank Holidays Excluded).
Re-collection at additional charge.
If you require a delivery in these areas between these times, we will try to facilitate you whenever possible.
Unfortunately deliveries booked online cannot be guaranteed until confirmed by email from us.
Please ask management for further information about deliveries.
Credit Card Security
A Credit Card or Laser Card number will be necessary to secure your online booking
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
Our products are best served immediately you receive them.
If you are not serving them this way, please ensure that you store and reheat in a correct manner.
This is especially important in the case of previously cooked items.
